This is the first release by the remarkable duo of Iori Kimura (Pf) and Kohei Morita (Ba), who also work together as the piano trio Primitive Art Orchestra.

The pianist Iori Kimura, an extraordinary melody maker, and the bassist Kohei Morita, who captivates listeners with his emotional and diverse musicality, have been friends for over 10 years and have come together to create a duo work. They incorporated elements of their shared love of modern-classical music and brought out new aspects of their own musicality. In pursuit of a simple and natural sound, the recording was made at the Yatsugatake Kogen Music Hall. The songs bring to mind scenes full of nature's blessings.

The fresh melody of the opening track (1) Voice of the Trees invites the listener into the story that the two artists have created, while the repeated phrases of the title track (2) Blessing from the wind press into the heart like waves. (13) The Duet is an ambient piece which were created alternately in a session from scratch, and you can feel the conversation between the instruments. 日本組曲春(The Japanese Suite Spring) (10), (11) and (12) are large works of more than 24 minutes, and you can feel the Japanese beauty and the Japanese flavor in every passage, which can only be created by these two Japanese instrumentalist. Mastering by Zino Mikorey, who has also done masterings for Nils Frahm, Thom Yorke, Olafur Arnalds and more, made their music sound even more colorful.

The shimmering beauty of the phrases that linger in my ears brings tears. The moment the sound becomes colored, it touches the heartstrings. We hope that this album brings peaceful lights to your daily life.
